Now that you have a party...plan for success!

Let's start with Party Planning!
  • CLiCk with your new host!
    1. Connect, Listen and Confirm!  The more you connect with your host, the more committed she/he will be to holding their party! Listen to what they say, so you can bring products that they are passionate about and you can plan a perfect party for their friends and family--in their style!  Confirm back to your host what kind of party you will do together.
  • Coach your host to having the best party ever!
    1. Set the date, time & party theme.  I am so excited to do a party for you! What works better, weekdays or weekends?  Okay, looking at weekends, I  have _______ and ________ open.  Which date works best for you? Okay, great! What time works best for you. 6:30pm or 7:00 pm?
    2. Give them a party packet (use Tupperware party planning envelopes or a cute gift bag!)  Include the following items:
      1. 3-4 catalogs/flyers/sales specials
      2. Address envelope with stamp to return guest list to you. (or they can email the guest list to you)
      3. 3 business cards (One for her and 2 for her to share with friends.  Have her write her name on the back and if their friend calls to date or order or join, she receives a referral gift.)
      4. Recipe cards (if you are making a recipe-can also be emailed)
      5. Host Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge or
        Party Planning Brochure
      6. Acquire the host's guest list by email or (snail) mail.
    3. Review the Tupper-Tic-Tac-Toe to make party planning fun and simple (or other form of party planning guide)!
    4. Review the current host gift sheet with your host (found on the www.my.tupperware.com site under current promotions.  Have her select the Host gift she is working for.  Show her what she will need in sales & datings to earn her gift!  You can also find a host chart in the back of your catalog and view the current Host gift special in your current sale flyer.
  • Send a Follow-up Email to your host.

  1. www.Evite.com or www.mypunchbowl.com Use to send internet invites to guests
  2. www.Phonevite.com Use to send a telephone voicemail message to guests as a reminder. For best results, schedule the phone message to send at 1pm the day of the party (for evening parties) or 5pm the day before the party (for morning or afternoon parties).
  3. www.click2mail.com Use this site to create and mail your own postcard invitations. You upload your own design & they will print and mail them for you!  To use this mailing service you will need to create your own postcard invitation in word or publisher. Then make a pdf file of it.  For a free pdf writer program, visit http://cutepdf.com/

    1. Contact your host 2 to 3 times before her party.  Let her know of any new specials and remind her to personally call her guests and collect outside order!
    2. Mail your host the Incredible Party letter!

Visualize your party!  Do your first party!
