Make the Most of your Tupperware Show/Event!

Remember the main purpose for conducting a Business showcase/event is to build your FUTURE business! You may or may not recoup your cost by selling product on the spot, but you will be meeting your future hosts and team members!!

Where can I find events?

§  Local Community…newspapers, online, Chamber of Commerce

§  When you’re out and about!

§  Ask at parties!

Contact person in charge of the event
Ask questions...

§  Is someone is already representing Tupperware?

§  What's the Cost?

§  How many years has the show been running?  Is this their 1st year?

§  What's their expected attendance and who is their target consumer?

§  What type of marketing support is there?

§  What do they provide...table, chairs, electric...?

·         What are the dates & hours?

·         When can you set-up and tear-down?

BE PREPARED!
Are you selling product?  If yes…place your order in plenty of time for show date!

Set date & time in your datebook to
FOLLOW-UP!

At the Show

·         Greet Everyone with a smile (DO NOT POUNCE!)

·         Ask a question…Have you seen Tupperware lately, When was the last time you were at a TW party?

·         Start Clicking! Connect, Listen, Confirm!

·         Have them fill out drawing slip or sign your 'Contact Me' list…watch what they check off! This is your chance to date and recruit!

After the Show/event-EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!

·         FOLLOW-UP!  Within 24 hours!  Everyday that goes by, your lead loses 10% interest!

·         Start a "Contact" Notebook!  Tape lead slip to one page and number from 1 to 10.  Contact 10 times with new offers!  Write the date of contact, method used and response.  Bet you can't make it to 10 without dating a party or recruiting them!  Call those most excited first!

·         Send Thank you postcards!

·         Be persistant - not a pest!  On average it will take 6-7 contacts before you close the deal!
